Alrighty. Here's my first tutorial attempt. It's basically "How to turn an Image into an iPod advertisement." I would have done this with Illustrator, but the ratio of photoshop users to Illustrator users is like 10:1.
The whole thing is pretty detailed. And if there's anything that's confusing, let me know and I'll clear it up for you.

but i've seen and used a lot of tutorials, and this one seems detailed yet simple, which is uber good.

It's more stressful than you think... I manage to get most of my school work done during the weekdays, and art on weekends (when I actually have time). I pretty much stay perpetually busy.
